This page explains what we collect when you visit mitchnunnacademy.co.uk, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read rather than to cover us, so if anything here is unclear, email hello@spacescoliving.co.uk and we will explain it properly.
Who we are
The HMO Course is run by EL3VATE LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 15826292. Registered office: 57a Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex SS9 1PE.
EL3VATE LTD is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at hello@spacescoliving.co.uk.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies. Our website runs on Squarespace, which sets a small number of cookies needed to serve the site, remember your cookie choices and keep things secure. These cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not work.
Analytics cookies. Squarespace Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they came from. We use it to understand whether the site is doing its job. It does not tell us who you are.
Marketing cookies. We use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you visited this site. We use it to measure whether our social posts and any future advertising actually bring people here, and to show relevant ads to people who have already visited. This means data about your visit is shared with Meta, who process it under their own terms.
Marketing and analytics cookies only load if you accept them. Nothing is set before you choose.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie Preferences control on the site to change or withdraw your consent at any time. Declining non-essential cookies will not stop you using the site or buying the course.
The course itself is on a different website
When you buy, you are taken to mitchnunnacademy.circle.so, run by Circle. That is a separate site with its own cookies and its own privacy policy, and your account and payment details are held there rather than by us. Payments are processed by Circle's payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
If you contact us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and your message. That comes to us by email and is used to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list from it, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful and then delete them. If you have bought the course, we keep the records we need for accounting and for administering your access.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@spacescoliving.co.uk and we will deal with it within a month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
